Tech lead on a product I can't say much about here. The interesting bit right now is working out how much of an agentic workflow can be handed off without losing the quality bar — turns out that's a harder line to draw than it sounds.

The Lab is the immediate priority — building out the demo-scene effect section and wiring up the first few experiments properly. Octomantis (the Repton-inspired puzzle game) is on the bench while the engine gets a rethink; the level format turned out to be the wrong abstraction.
Reading
Working through The Dream Machine (Waldrop) — the Licklider biography — alongside whatever retro computing write-up surfaces on a given week. Also deep in the Nuxt Content v3 docs, which are less exciting but more necessary.
Not right now
Not taking on new consulting. Not doing social media. Trying not to start any new side projects before Octomantis has a working level editor.
